Panchakarma Program Details

Regular Panchakarma at Our Holistic Healing Center -

How do I decide, which program is beneficial for me? How do I choose between 3 days, 5 days, 7 days or 10 days Panchakarma program?

At Ayurveda Wellness Center & Holistic Spa, our Panchakarma cleansing programs are available in packages of 3–21 days. If you are unable to do the consecutive days program, weekend and evening sessions are available.

We first recommended an Ayurveda consultation to assess your Dosha, your health concerns, and the level of toxin buildup. For chronic conditions, the 10-days program is the ideal program as a beginning point. Additional sessions can be added later.

However, you may choose how many days depending on your level of health, time schedule, and budget.

Our Panchakarma cleansing program includes:

  • A complete Ayurvedic consultation assessment including a pulse evaluation with Dr. (Vaidya) Lina before your program begins.
  • Daily Ayurvedic treatments of approximately two hours consisting of: Abhyanga 60 min (Ayurvedic oil massage), Swedana 10 min (individual herbalized sweat therapy), Shirodhara10/20 min (pouring of warm oil to the forehead).
  • Three (Free) specialized Healing therapy session on day 2, 3 & 3rd (Sinus, Ear, Digestion)
  • Vibrational therapies by healing Mantras
  • Aromatherapy
  • A special therapeutic soup, kitchari/Kanji/Daal soup and our own herbal teas provided daily.
  • Lifestyle and diet recommendations specific to each individual.
  • A supportive environment that provides space for true contemplation and self-healing
  • Loving and compassionate staff who understand healing and offer support throughout the program.
  • Recommendations for herbal rasayanas (rejuvenatives) for you to take after Panchakarma
  • Khichari packets are for sale to support you diet at home.
  • Post-panchakarma health and wellness program for healthy diet, exercise and lifestyle practices

Weekend and 3 Day Program

This Panchakarma program is recommended for those who want to experience Panchakarma, but may not have the time or money for a more extensive program. It is more of a stress management program as relaxed status of body triggers self-repair mechanism. Nasal and Ear Treatment is offered FREE in 3 day Panchakarma Program.

5- Days Program

This Panchakarma program is highly recommended for most who wish to get detox benefits. This program is suggested as THE BEGINNING POINT for most who experiance imbalance on deeper lavel. This is a great start up plan to address physical, mental and psychological healing.

7-Day Program

A 7-day cleanse is the traditional Panchakarma timeframe. This allows for detoxifying all seven layers of tissues, or Dhatus, as they are called in Ayurveda. The seven Dhatu layers of the body are Plasma, Blood, Muscle, Fat, Bone, Marrow and Nerves, and Reproductive Tissue. It takes at least seven days to reach and cleanse the deepest level of tissue.

8-21 Day Program

For those with more serious health concerns and chronic illnesses, Dr. Lina suggests  a longer program—so you could more gently detoxify the system at a slower pace, and receive the benefits of deep cleansing and experience lasting changes. This longer Panchakarma is also meant for someone on the spiritual path, seeking experience that lead to enlightenment. In India, it is common for one to undergo Panchakarma rejuvenation for up to 21 days, at which point the body and the mind is totally transformed and made new again. Fees can be adjusted/discounted to reflect the longer program.

Add-on Packages

  • Private Yoga and Meditation Instruction: $125 (2 sessions recommended)

Be sure to check out our other Ayurvedic treatments, including Abhyanga, Shirodhara, scalp massage, Nabhi basti, Netra basti, and Nasya. Many other centers will charge an additional $45-$65 for these services, but at Ayurveda Wellness Center & Holistic Spa, these additional, customized services are free when you register for a Panchakarma cleansing program.
