Our Goal:

The goal of the Center for Research at Ayurveda Integrative Wellness Institute is to conduct quality research investigating the effectiveness of Ayurvedic treatments.

The Center for Research at Ayurveda Integrative Wellness Institute’s purpose is to contribute rigorous research on Ayurvedic treatment.  Much of the research conducted on complementary and alternative medical (CAM) treatments, including Ayurveda has applied a reductionistic approach.  Ayurveda is a comprehensive medical tradition.  In keeping with the tradition of Ayurveda we seek to conduct studies which examine Ayurveda’s holistic impact on patient outcomes and quality of life.
